Landscape Laborers & Mowing Foreman – Full-Time / Part-Time (Langhorne, PA)
Job Description:
We are a growing, family-owned landscaping and hardscaping company based in Langhorne, PA (near Oxford Valley Mall), currently in our 4th year of business. We are looking to hire reliable team members ASAP for both our mowing and landscaping crews, as well as an experienced mowing foreman.

Positions Available:
- Lawn mowing crew members
- Landscaping / hardscaping crew members
- Mowing foreman ($25–$30/hour depending on experience and leadership ability)
Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup
- Assist with landscaping and hardscaping projects
- Operate equipment such as zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Follow direction and work efficiently as part of a team
- (Foreman only) Lead a crew, manage daily tasks, and ensure quality of work
Pay:
- $15 – $25/hour for crew members (based on experience and reliability)
- $25 – $30/hour for mowing foreman
- Overtime available
Schedule:
- Work available 7 days a week
- Employees can choose their schedule but must remain consistent with agreed-upon days
- Typical work hours are 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements:
- Must be able to get to our shop in Langhorne
- Must be drug-free
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift at least 40 lbs
- Reliable and punctual
Experience:
- No experience required for crew members (we will train the right person)
- Experience with landscaping or mowing equipment is a plus
- Foreman position requires prior experience running a crew and operating equipment
