Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, dozers, and other machinery to perform land clearing, grading, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Manage various trucks including dump trucks, tanker trucks, and roll-off trucks to transport materials and support project operations
- Assist with concrete work and site preparation activities to ensure quality and timely completion
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance; perform basic maintenance as needed
- Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a secure work environment for all team members on-site
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to execute tasks efficiently while adhering to project timelines
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and operational logs
- Help identify ways to improve efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction on job sites

Qualifications (Preferred but Trainable)

- Knowledge of construction safety standards
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Strong communication skills and team mentality
