Lynch Chevy of Mukwonago is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Oil Change Technician Express to join our team and provide essential maintenance services for our customers' vehicles. As an Oil Change Technician Express, you will play a vital role in performing routine oil changes, fluid checks, and basic maintenance tasks that contribute to the safety, reliability, and longevity of our customers' vehicles.

Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive lube technician is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with standard automotive tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- A commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and processes in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
- Utilize standard automotive tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect vehicles for signs of wear, damage, or potential issues and report findings to senior technicians or supervisors.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of services performed, including parts used, fluid levels, and other relevant information.
- Assist senior technicians as needed, learning from their expertise and guidance to enhance your technical skills.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
Salary : $140 - $570
