Work Location and Schedule:
- This position is located in Rockville, MD. Associates are required to be on-site at least 2-3 days per week.
- MUST have a BA/BS.
- MUST have AT LEAST 10 years of experience in federal acquisition support.
- MUST be able to obtain OR maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- MUST have strong knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), federal procurement processes, and agency acquisition systems.
- MUST have experience developing acquisition strategies, Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
- Familiarity with market research, solicitation preparation, and technical/cost proposal evaluation.
- Comfortable coordinating with Contracting Officers, CORs, and program managers.
- Previous NIH or Federal IT acquisition support experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze procurement data and prepare reports, dashboards, and briefings.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
