PROJECT WORK/CLEANING TECHNICIAN - SOME NIGHTS & WEEKENDS
(work hours vary depending on projects)
Job Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements include the following:
- Perform a variety of tasks such as tile/grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor work (strip/wax/buff/burnish), window cleaning, high dusting and detail cleaning, plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Must operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors and specialty equipment
- Must be able to work standing up for long periods of time.
- Must have basic interpersonal skills: ability to work in the general public and communicate with coworkers and customers.
- Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 30 lbs.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must have experience in working in large commercial facilities
- Must have experience in operating professional floor care equipment
COMPENSATION: $22.00 per hour Based on Experience
MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE
MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE U.S.
Salary : $22
