Lync Transportation is a trusted provider of safe, compassionate transportation services throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. We proudly serve students, seniors, and individuals with special needs through our school and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) programs. We are seeking professional, caring Transportation Attendants to support our passengers and drivers during daily transport.

Flexible Shifts:

AM: 5:00 AM – 9:59 AM
-
PM: 1:00 PM – 6:59 PM
- Choose AM, PM, or both!
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Assist students and passengers while entering/exiting the vehicle
- Ensure all passengers are properly seated and secured
- Supervise passenger behavior and promote a safe, respectful ride environment
- Support the driver with attendance tracking, parent communication, and portal alerts
- Help keep vehicles clean and safe through daily inspections and sanitization
- Attend professional development trainings and team meetings
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with families, school staff, and coworkers
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience working with children (preferred)
- Warm, calm, and professional demeanor
- Ability to de-escalate situations and follow safety protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with First Aid/CPR (certification required after hire)
