Lympha Press, U.S.A. is a leading manufacturer of dynamic compression therapy systems for lymphedema, venous insufficiency, and lipedema treatment.
The Director of Reimbursement and Patient Services will oversee the Client Services team directly, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies. This leadership position reports directly to the organization's Chief Operating Officer and will be on-site full-time in our Chadds Ford offices.
The ideal candidate will have experience in durable medical equipment, healthcare management, or related fields, with strong leadership and team management skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and compliance
- Collaborating with internal departments to streamline order fulfillment, logistics, and billing operations
- Overseeing order approval and ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payers
- Training and mentoring staff on best practices, system usage, and industry updates
The successful candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
