The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, conducting milling, machining, and precision work, ensuring quality control, and adhering to all safety and production protocols. Additional responsibilities include inspecting finished products to ensure conformity with specifications and collaborating with team members to optimize production processes.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and effective handling of CNC machinery
- Experience with Machining and Milling techniques
- Knowledge of Quality Control standards and processes
- Familiarity with operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining machinery
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in CNC operation or machining is a plus
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar industry is beneficial
