The Bartender works closely with the front-of-house team and leadership to ensure a seamless bar experience, maintaining high standards in beverage preparation, guest engagement, and overall bar operations-while upholding Lyle's culture, mission, and service philosophy.

Bartender - Essential Functions
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Engage with guests in a warm, professional manner, creating a welcoming bar experience
- Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine, beer, and spirits
- Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization are maintained at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow
- Process orders and handle transactions accurately
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 1 year of bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to high service standards; Forbes standards knowledge is a plus
Compensation
$10.00 per hour
