Are you an experienced automotive parts professional looking for your next opportunity? Lyle Pearson Acura is seeking a knowledgeable, organized, and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. Our Parts Department plays a critical role in supporting our technicians and delivering an exceptional ownership experience to our loyal clients.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced with OEM parts, preferably within Acura or Honda environments.
Parts Advisor Responsibilities
- Assist technicians and service advisors by identifying, sourcing, and distributing correct OEM parts.
- Accurately process parts orders, invoices, and returns.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure parts availability for repair orders.
- Communicate effectively with service technicians regarding part status and timelines.
- Ensure all parts transactions comply with manufacturer and dealership procedures.
- Keep the parts department organized, efficient, and customer focused.
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service to support dealership operations.
Parts Advisor Benefits and Compensation
Pay Range: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 annually!

Parts Advisor Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive parts-related role preferred.
- Knowledge of OEM parts and dealership operations; Acura or Honda experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, service advisors, and management.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
