Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst in the Texas market. Lykke Cabinets is part of the Lykke Group of companies and we are a world class leading turnkey cabinet, countertop and flooring manufacturer from start to completion. Our extensive distribution network allows our products to be enjoyed by homeowners nationwide. Set up for rapid growth, we are positioned to grow multiple folds with your participation. The Supply Chain Analyst will play a key role in using data and processes to support daily operations, breakdown information barriers between departments, and enable a truly integrated data driven platform across company functions.
Responsibilities
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and create logical process improvements using data and metrics.
- Develop and maintain costing models, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis tools to support real-time operational visibility.
- Conduct what-if scenario planning to evaluate the financial and operational impact of potential decisions.
- Break down barriers by creating processes to ensure seamless visibility and comparability of data across all facilities.
- Manage forecast reports and solve customer pain points based on data
- Assist in scaling up processes as order volume grows
- Monitor stock discrepancies and support inventory cycle counts
- Onboard customers and create SOPs
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly management-level reporting directly to the leadership team
Education
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or advanced training in financial modeling, data analytics, or business intelligence tools is an asset.
Preferred Experience
- Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing data analysis, cost accounting, or financial modeling. Strong preference for candidates with experience in the homebuilding and volume manufacturing industry.
Essential Skills
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Experience in integrating operational data with financial models is essential.
- Communication: Fluent in English, with strong executive-level communication skills. Able to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
- Professional Attributes: Disciplined, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, structured environments. Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate, actionable data under tight timelines
