We're looking for a polished, professional, and tech-savvy individual to join our growing luxury salon brand.
REQUIREMENTS
* Associate's Degree and/or 3 years receptionist experience in a luxury salon, fine dining, hospitality, fashion, or similar high-end environment
* Experience with POS systems, appointment scheduling, and multi-line phone systems
* Strong social media knowledge, content creation skills, and familiarity with AI tools
* Comfortable with email, internet research, scheduling platforms, and technology-based tasks
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Self-starter with strong organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Knowledge of the beauty, barber, or salon industry
* Understanding of South Brooklyn communities and Caribbean / Caribbean-American culture
* Trend-aware, professional, and fashion-forward
