Remote Financial Consultant – Flexible Schedule
Location: Remote (Greensboro, NC area)
Type: Independent Contractor (1099, Commission-Based)

We are expanding our client-focused financial services team in the Greensboro area and are seeking professionals interested in a remote, performance-based role helping individuals and families plan for retirement and protection needs.

This is a client-facing consulting role for self-directed individuals who are comfortable working independently while receiving structured training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial needs analyses with clients
• Educate families on life insurance and retirement strategies
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Work closely with a Field Trainer during onboarding
• Participate in ongoing virtual training

Important Licensing Requirement

This role requires obtaining a state Life & Health insurance license prior to working with clients if you do not already hold one. Guidance and training support are provided.

Ideal Backgrounds (Helpful but Not Required)

• Sales or client-facing experience
• Insurance or financial services exposure
• Business development or consulting roles
• Military/veteran background
• Self-directed professionals comfortable with performance-based income

Requirements

• 18 years old
• Pass background check (no felonies)
• Reside in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or Canada
• Eligible for U.S. Social Security Number
