Essential Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, implement, and maintain annual and daily cycle count processes for all stockrooms, WIP, and receiving inspection areas.
- Analyze and reconcile inventory discrepancies; determine root causes and drive corrective actions, including timely inventory adjustments.
- Supervise and provide leadership to a team (potentially up to 5 employees, including direct reports and 3rd shift personnel), offering coaching, counseling, development, direction, and discipline as appropriate.
- Motivate and hold employees accountable for workplace safety, quality standards, timely delivery, and cost management.
- Distribute cycle count reports and ensure completion of daily requirements.
- Collaborate with Warehousing, Shipping, Quality, Operations, and union leadership to resolve shop floor issues and improve inventory processes.
- Develop, recommend, and implement procedural, policy, or departmental improvements to enhance control of material for assemblies and finished goods.
- Conduct Continuous Improvement activities for the Warehouse and Logistics Department.
- Act as the subject matter expert for inventory and material expediting issues and provide support for audit compliance.
- Ensure accurate material handling, storage, transportation, and timely delivery in support of production schedules, maintaining minimum inventory audit accuracy of 95%.
- Ensure workplace compliance with all safety regulations and immediately address all safety concerns.
- Support long-term strategic planning and facility objectives for inventory and logistics operations.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory and transaction data.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing (preferred).
- Alternatively: Associate’s degree plus 5 years relevant experience, or high school diploma/equivalent plus 7 years’ experience.
- Experience in leadership or supervisory role (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Access) and knowledge of Oracle, MRP/MPS systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Production planning or buyer experience preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
- Must not require current or future employment sponsorship for U.S. work authorization.
- FLSA Status: Exempt

- Shift coverage may include hybrid between 1st and 3rd shift.
