Responsibilities
- Safely operate pesticide application equipment and hand tools to treat designated areas for pests or weeds.
- Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols for pesticide handling and application to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the appropriate pest control or lawn care treatments needed.
- Maintain accurate records of pesticide use, application locations, and treatment schedules.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients (While providing photos) and team members about treatment plans and safety procedures.
Skills
- Knowledge of pest control methods, lawn care techniques for Ticks and Mosquitoes.
- Experience with the safe handling and application of pesticides and chemicals.
- Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, machinery, and other equipment related to pest management.
- Strong driving skills with a valid license; experience operating larger vehicles or machinery is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members professionally.
