Role Description:
The Director of Commercial Growth Strategy, reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, will be responsible for identifying and evaluating opportunities to drive LXE Hearing’s overall company growth. You will help shape the future business strategy by partnering with executive leadership and external organizations on diverse and high priority growth initiatives.
The Director of Commercial Growth Strategy will identify and define strategies for new, large-scale growth opportunities, solve complex business problems and questions and lead strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, product and channel strategy and business model creation, with a proven track record of driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Strategy Development: Lead the development and strengthening of comprehensive company growth strategies, identifying and defining markets, products, services, alliances and business models.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth customer, market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, unmet customer needs, and growth/ value vectors.
- Business Case Creation: Develop robust business cases, financial models, and strategic justifications for proposed growth initiatives.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate areas where LXE Hearing’s product, tech and organizational capabilities intersect with market opportunity and where potential for strategic alliances or acquisitions exist.
- Story and Plan Development: Synthesize disparate, complex customer, market, financial data into a comprehensive strategic plan and story.
- Cross Function Collaboration: Build deep relationships with LXE company leaders and foster collaboration across teams and levels
- Improve the Core: Support and refine ongoing initiatives and annual strategic planning to refine the direction of the existing business.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, business development, corporate strategy, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing business strategy for US consumer, healthcare and/ or government segments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify key insights, and make informed strategic recommendations.
- Financial modeling and business case development capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Experience in management consulting. healthcare or consumer products with hardware/ software business models.
