Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, and control all general operations within the warehouse.
- Responsible for achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics.
- Manage customer/vendor relations.
- Maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also oversee inventory control, shipping, and receiving, manage employee relations, and handle special projects as needed.
