L.W. Morgridge & Son has been serving the area for over 70 years, providing septic & pool water delivery. We’re hiring motivated, reliable individuals to assist our crews and learn to operate specialty trucks and equipment for the summer season 2026.
What the Job Is Like:

- You won’t be stuck behind a desk or inside all day
- Every day is different—different locations, jobs, and equipment
- You’ll work on a small crew alongside experienced operators
- Fast-paced, physical work that makes the day go by quickly
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with septic pumping, jetting, and general service work including assisting in pool water deliveries
- Handle hoses, help locate tanks, and assist with light digging
- Learn to operate and eventually drive non-CDL trucks (pickup trucks, high pressure water jetter, crane truck)
- Rotate between trucks and crews to keep things interesting
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Shows up on time and works hard (this matters most)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Able to lift 50–75 lbs
