What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse & Client Operations Lead position at LVX Services?
Warehouse & Client Operations Lead
(LVX Services | Allentown, PA | Full-Time | On-Site)
We're not just putting stuff in a box.
At LVX Services, we believe the work we do matters. Every order we ship represents a small business founder who bet everything on their brand. Every pallet we move is someone's livelihood. Every time we get it right, we make a family proud somewhere.
We take that seriously.
We work with young, hungry brands that are growing fast — DTC founders on Shopify scaling into wholesale, food brands landing their first KEHE / UNFI order, lifestyle companies hitting their first major retail account. These are people who are pouring their hearts into building something. They don't need a faceless warehouse. They need a team that watches their back, treats their business like their own, and shows up every single day with pride in the work.
That's what we're building. And we need the right person to help us build it.
*** What This Role Is ***
This is not a traditional warehouse job. And it's not a desk job either.
You will run our fulfillment floor and own the client relationship. You are the human connection our brand clients experience every single day — the person who knows their SKUs, knows their story, sends the update before they ask, and solves the problem before it becomes a crisis.
We use technology where it makes sense. Tech serves Ops - our proprietary platform handles the orchestration. But technology doesn't make a brand founder feel taken care of. You do. We're dangerous not just because of our software, but because of the human connection behind it. That combination is what makes us different. You are half of that equation.
You'll start with accounts that are young and moving fast. That means no two weeks look the same. It means you'll be learning their business alongside them. It means the relationships you build here are real — and when they win, you win with them.
*** What You'll Do ***
On the Floor
- Run daily pick, pack, and ship operations using our WMS platform (full training provided — we'll teach you everything)
- Manage inbound receiving, putaway, inventory counts, and location accuracy
- Coordinate carrier pickups, BOLs, and outbound logistics
- Maintain case integrity, bin organization, and clean floor standards
- Catch problems before they ship — you are the last line of quality
With Clients
- Serve as the named, primary contact for your assigned brand accounts
- Send proactive updates — what shipped, what's on hold, what's coming — before the client has to ask
- Join account calls as the operational voice, translating floor reality into clear, honest communication
- Learn each brand's products, SOPs, and seasonal patterns deeply enough to anticipate their needs
- Document every client interaction with a written follow-up so nothing falls through the cracks
- Never make a commitment outside your authority — and always know who to call when something needs escalation
*** Who You Are ***
You care about doing good work. Not just completing tasks — actually doing work you're proud of. You understand that what we ship represents someone's dream, and you treat it accordingly.
You're a natural communicator. You can be on the phone with a brand founder at 9am and on the floor moving pallets at 10am, and you're equally good at both. You don't freeze when a client is frustrated — you listen, you're honest, and you find the path forward.
You're proactive by nature. You don't wait to be told something is wrong. You see it coming and you say something.
You want to grow. The brands we work with are young and scaling fast. This role will grow with them. The right person here becomes the model for how we build this team across every market we enter.
You bring:
- 2 years of hands-on warehouse or fulfillment experience — you know what a good floor looks like and what a bad one costs
- Comfort communicating directly with founders and operations leads — professional, warm, clear
- Strong written communication — a crisp, confident email is part of your job
- The ability to learn new software quickly — we'll train you on our stack, but you have to want to learn it
- Reliability — your clients are counting on you to show up, physically and mentally, every day
Bonus points for:
- Experience at a 3PL or brand fulfillment operation
- Familiarity with any WMS platform
- Experience with DTC, food/beverage, or consumer goods brands
- Bilingual English/Spanish
*** What We Offer ***
- Base salary: $52,000–$68,000 depending on experience
- Performance bonus tied to account health, on-time shipment rate, and client retention
- Full-time, benefits eligible
- A direct path to Senior Account Operations Lead as LVX grows
- The chance to be part of something being built the right way — with technology that works and a team that gives a damn
*** A Note From Our Founder ***
"We started LVX because we believed brands deserved better than a warehouse that treats their inventory like a number. Finding fulfillment isn't just our standard — it's our purpose. We find it in doing the work right. In watching a small brand grow into a real business. In making the kind of difference that makes our families proud. If that's the kind of work you're looking for, we want to talk."
— Kashif Raza, Founder
