We're hiring an experienced Reefer Dispatcher , to join our growing team in Joliet , IL !

Responsibilities :
Plan and coordinate daily reefer loads across multiple regions ( Midwest , east , South coast )
Communicate with drivers and brokers to ensure on time delivery and pick up
Negotiate rates and book loads using load boards
Track shipments and handle any issues that may arise
Maintain accurate load and driver documentation
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience
Strong knowledge of load boards
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Must work onsite from our Joliet office ,no remote options ( from Mon- Fri 7.00 am-5.00 pm)
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
