Role Description
This is a paid internship ($22/hour) for a Technology Intern in a venture capital environment. In this remote role, you will assist in evaluating and analyzing technology-driven opportunities, conducting research on market trends and startup ecosystems, and contributing to project management for firm initiatives. You will work closely with investment teams and help build out technology-focused projects to drive innovation and scalability.
Fully remote.
As a Software Development Intern, you will work directly with the leadership and operations teams to architect, maintain, and improve the infrastructure behind the LvlUp ecosystem.
This includes:
- Website development and maintenance
- Internal venture operations infrastructure
- Startup databases and pipeline systems
- CMS and automation systems
- AI-driven workflows and operational tooling
- CRM and data synchronization systems
- Airtable architecture and Zapier automations
- Founder application and onboarding systems
You will help build the operating system behind a modern venture capital platform.
Qualifications
- Maintain and improve the LvlUp Ventures website and web infrastructure
- Build internal dashboards, portals, and operational tools
- Manage and optimize startup pipeline databases and founder CRM systems
- Develop and maintain Airtable-based operational infrastructure
- Build Zapier automations and workflow integrations across platforms
- Assist with CMS architecture and content operations
- Support integrations across tools including:
- Airtable
- Zapier
- Basic Javascript
- Typeform
- Google Workspace
- Venture and startup ecosystem tooling
- Build scalable systems for startup applications, diligence, tracking, and reporting
- Help implement AI-powered operational workflows and automations
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, integrations, and data flow issues
- Collaborate with investment, operations, and growth teams on internal tooling initiatives
- Undergraduate or graduate student with computer science experience
