LVLS Integration is seeking an experienced staffing leader to oversee the sales performance and daily operations of our Florida office.
This person will lead and develop the office’s sales team, strengthen key client relationships, improve internal accountability, and partner closely with recruiting and corporate leadership to drive revenue and profitability.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the staffing industry and is comfortable balancing sales growth, team management, client service, and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and hold the Florida sales team accountable for activity, pipeline development, job orders, revenue, and gross profit
- Personally support business development, key account growth, client meetings, and complex sales opportunities.
- Establish clear expectations for prospecting, follow-up, CRM usage, forecasting, and account management.
- Maintain visibility into open opportunities, active client requirements, recruiting priorities, and job coverage.
- Partner with recruiting leadership to ensure client needs are communicated clearly and positions are filled effectively.
- Oversee the daily operations, communication, organization, and overall performance of the Florida office.
- Improve collaboration between sales, recruiting, administrative teams, and corporate leadership.
- Monitor branch revenue, gross profit, expenses, productivity, and overall profitability.
- Help recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales and office employees.
- Address client-service concerns, internal performance issues, and operational problems promptly.
- Build a culture of accountability, urgency, communication, and consistent execution.
- Contribute to companywide planning, process improvement, and nationwide growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Prior leadership experience within the staffing or workforce-solutions industry.
- Proven success managing a staffing branch, sales team, territory, or business unit.
- Strong background in business development, account management, recruiting, and staffing operations.
- Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and improve team performance.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, activity metrics, forecasts, and performance goals.
- Understanding of staffing margins, payroll burden, gross profit, and branch profitability.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and performance-driven environment.
- Willingness to remain hands-on in sales and client relationships.
Experience in skilled-trades, construction, low-voltage, audiovisual, telecommunications, data center, or technical staffing is preferred.
