What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Workers, Harvest and Field Maintenance position at LVJ PIMENTEL RESOURCES LLC?
In the farm fields workers will be hand picking / harvesting blackberries and filling small clear plastic containers of 6 ounces or 12 ounces each, or hand picking and filling plastic bins; count, load and unload to bins in the fields. Handling, pull and or place plastic in the fields, cultivate the soil, plant, prune, and all farm labor related to harvesting blackberries. All jobs will be done under extreme sun light weather conditions, repetitive movements like bending, stooping and heavy lifting 52 pounds. Workers will also be pulling weeds, raking, cleaning around shed areas, laying irrigation pipes, and digging ditches.
