Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (Based on Experience) Bonus

• Manage water and wastewater construction projects in the $5M-$10M range.
• Oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field teams to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously with confidence and precision.
  
  

• 5-10 years of experience managing large-scale water/wastewater projects.
• Proven track record with water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, booster stations, pump stations, and related mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with aeration basins, clarifiers, concrete structures, and other critical components.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
