Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transportation engineering projects from concept through completion
- Oversee design and development of roadway improvements, traffic signal systems, and intersection upgrades
- Drive business development initiatives, including client relationship management and proposal development
- Conduct traffic studies, safety analyses, and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with clients, municipalities, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 12 years of experience in transportation engineering, with proven leadership and project management expertise
- Demonstrated success in business development and client engagement
- Proficiency in design software such as MicroStation, InRoads, Synchro, and VISSIM
- Strong understanding of traffic signal design, ITS, and roadway safety standards
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
