Senior Geotechnical Engineer (HDD & Trenchless)

Position Overview
The Geotechnical Engineer will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions for Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and Trenchless Technology projects. This individual will be responsible for conducting geotechnical investigations, providing technical recommendations, and supporting the expansion of geotechnical capabilities within the department. The position offers an exciting opportunity to specialize in trenchless methods while contributing to a wide range of infrastructure projects.

• Conduct geotechnical investigations and analyses for HDD and trenchless projects.
• Develop soil profiles, assess subsurface conditions, and prepare design recommendations.
• Produce technical reports, design documents, and construction specifications.
• Support field operations, including site visits and construction oversight.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of geotechnical experience; trenchless or HDD experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation design, and subsurface characterization.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
