Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support design work for bridge replacements and rehabilitation projects in partnership with regional transportation agencies.
• Work on a wide range of bridge projects from traditional designs to large, multidisciplinary design-build programs.
  
• Work closely with team members to develop practical, cost-effective solutions for complex structural challenges.
• Engage in cross-office collaboration and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
• Work on design for GDOT and other state DOT projects
• Maintain full compliance with governing agency standards and AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications throughout the design process.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in bridge and transportation structure design.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• License: Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Georgia
• Technical Skills: MicroStation/OpenRoads, Leap Bridge/OpenBridge

Desired Skills and Experience

Assist/lead design efforts on bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects with our DOT partners throughout the region.

Work in a team environment to participate in and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for our clients.

Requires 7 years of design experience on highway bridges and other transportation structures.

Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering

Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Georgia, Kentucky, or ability to become licensed.

Proficient in Microstation /Open Roads Designer, Leap Bridge/Open Bridge Designer.
