Key Responsibilities:
- Manage roadway design projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Oversee preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana required.
- 6 years of experience in roadway design
- 2 years of project management experience
- Proficiency in MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, and related software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
