Project Manager, HVAC

Location: Burlington, MA (primarily office-based)

Are you an experienced HVAC Project Manager looking to take on challenging commercial projects and lead with confidence? We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills to join our growing team.

• Manage HVAC scopes for small and large-scale commercial projects (up to $5M)
• Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor purchase orders
• Review submittals to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications
• Coordinate schedules with general contractors and foremen for efficient field production
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure timely, high-quality project completion
• Monitor execution for quality and adherence to specifications
• Provide closeout documentation and follow-up for completed projects
• Handle additional tasks to ensure successful project delivery
  
  

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in project or program management, ideally in commercial HVAC installation
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, budgeting, and scheduling
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate complex tasks clearly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for team and client interactions
