Experienced HVAC Project Manager
Location: Burlington, MA (primarily office-based)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you an experienced HVAC Project Manager looking to take on challenging commercial projects and lead with confidence? We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills to join our growing team.
- Manage HVAC scopes for small and large-scale commercial projects (up to $5M)
- Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor purchase orders
- Review submittals to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications
- Coordinate schedules with general contractors and foremen for efficient field production
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure timely, high-quality project completion
- Monitor execution for quality and adherence to specifications
- Provide closeout documentation and follow-up for completed projects
- Handle additional tasks to ensure successful project delivery
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in project or program management, ideally in commercial HVAC installation
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, budgeting, and scheduling
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate complex tasks clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for team and client interactions
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on inclusion, teamwork, and knowledge sharing
