Our client is a leading consulting and project delivery firm specializing in mission critical facilities, hyperscale data centers, and complex infrastructure environments. With decades of experience supporting some of the world's largest technology and cloud providers, they are known for delivering high-performance solutions across the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.
As a result of continued growth across Texas, they are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale data center construction programs.
This is a client-facing leadership position responsible for overseeing multiple projects within a wider data center portfolio. You will work closely with owners, design teams, contractors, commissioning teams, and key stakeholders to ensure successful execution from preconstruction through handover.
You will be trusted to drive schedule, budget, risk management, reporting, and overall program performance while acting as a strategic advisor to the client.
- Lead the delivery of complex data center construction programs across Texas
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously through planning, design, construction, commissioning, and turnover
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and reporting frameworks
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, commissioning teams, and vendors
- Identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful outcomes
- Ensure adherence to project goals, quality standards, and operational requirements
- Facilitate executive-level meetings and provide regular program updates
- Support long-term portfolio planning and strategic decision-making
- 7 years of data center construction experience
- Experience delivering mission critical, colocation, hyperscale, or cloud infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of design, construction, MEP systems, commissioning, and project controls
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex project teams
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
