Electrical Pre-Construction Manager

What You'll Do
- You'll collaborate with business development on proposals, presentations, and interviews, while helping sales and marketing build strong relationships with general contractors and design firms.
- You'll prepare detailed estimates and studies at every stage preliminary, schematic, design development, and construction documents.
- You'll stay connected with contractors and architects, participate in design decisions, and provide input on value engineering, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
- You'll identify new opportunities, monitor cost trends, and evaluate subcontractor proposals.
- You'll also help prepare construction schedules for estimating purposes and work with operations to plan staffing and build project teams.
What We're Looking For
- At least four years of estimating experience in a pre-construction management role.
- Experience with large commercial and industrial projects from concept through close-out.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Stable employment history.
- Experience with Accubid or Conest.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.

4 years of estimating experience in a Pre-Construction Manager role
Must have experience with large commercial and industrial projects (concept to close-out)
Knowledge of all electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
Expert computer software skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Particularly Excel)
Strong oral and written communication skills
