Land Surveyor

Location: Kingston and Orleans, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time

My client is seeking a motivated Land Survey Technician with strong mathematical skills and a keen interest in land surveying processes and procedures. This role offers a balance of 50% field work and 50% office work, providing exposure to a wide range of surveying tasks.

• Perform boundary line traverse surveys and topographic/detail surveys.
• Download and post-process survey data.
• Prepare Existing Conditions Plans.
• Conduct construction layout using total stations, data collectors, GPS, and 3D laser scanning equipment.
• Maintain care of equipment and vehicles.
  
  

• Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a customer-service-focused environment and represent the firm professionally.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Interest in pursuing a Professional Land Surveyor license (support provided).
