Project Manager - Heavy Civil / Roadway Construction

A well-established heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee roadway and public infrastructure projects throughout the Richmond area. This is a fully remote position, with local jobsite visits as needed.
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
- Coordinate with Superintendents, field teams, inspectors, and owners
- Track costs, change orders, and overall project performance
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and VDOT requirements
- 3 years of project management experience in heavy civil construction
- Experience with VDOT, roadway improvements, or public works projects
- Sidewalk and streetscape improvement experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
