You will work on high-profile underground and infrastructure projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead geotechnical evaluations for tunnels, shafts, slopes, and foundation systems.Develop and review excavation support and foundation designs.Prepare engineering drawings and details using CAD/BIM tools.Conduct site visits for construction observation and troubleshooting.Perform advanced design computations and prepare technical reports.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to project management tasks.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.Minimum RequirementsBS in Civil or Geological Engineering; MS preferred.5-10 years of geotechnical engineering experience.Strong technical background in underground or geo-structural projects.Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and geotechnical analysis software.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to travel and perform fieldwork as needed.Preferred QualificationsPE license in Colorado (or ability to obtain within 6 months).Experience with tunneling, trenchless, or ground improvement projects.Familiarity with structural analysis tools and advanced modeling.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $95,000-$130,000 annually, based on experience.Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) with match, paid time off, professional development support, and performance-based bonuses.
