Commerical Roofing Estimator

Experience Required: 4 Years

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our team. This role is critical in delivering accurate and competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial roofing projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and site conditions to determine scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to clarify project details and expectations.
• Source and negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids.
• Utilize estimating software and tools to streamline the bidding process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, roofing systems, and market pricing trends.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and provide technical input as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during the estimating process.
  
  

• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial roofing estimating.
• Strong understanding of various roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, etc.).
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
  
  

• Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial roofing projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
