Land Development Project Manager
Location: Greater St. Louis Area
A growing multidisciplinary engineering and surveying firm is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Professional Engineer looking to lead impactful site development projects, mentor junior engineers, build strong client relationships, and progress into senior leadership.

What You'll Do
- Manage land development projects from entitlement through design and construction documentation.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, staffing, and project delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and project stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior engineers and design staff.
- Perform QA/QC reviews and provide technical guidance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
- Support business development and client relationship activities.
- Help drive the growth and success of the land development practice.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 8 years of civil engineering experience.
- Strong background in land development and site design.
- Experience managing projects and leading teams.
- Proficiency with Civil 3D.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers.
