Senior Manager - Construction & Controls
Lead construction and controls operations across multiple commercial projects, ensuring successful delivery, profitability, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple commercial construction and controls projects from planning through completion.
- Lead Project Managers, Construction Managers, Controls teams, and field personnel.
- Manage schedules, labor planning, subcontractors, budgets, forecasting, and project performance.
- Support estimating, pre-construction, risk management, and change orders.
- Act as the escalation point for project, customer, and operational issues.
- Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in commercial construction, mechanical/HVAC construction, controls, project management, or operations leadership.
- 5 years leading teams and managers.
- Strong experience with project delivery, budgeting, labor planning, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
- Knowledge of commercial construction practices, mechanical systems, and project controls.
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Ideal Background Construction Operations Manager, Controls Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, Construction Director, Mechanical Construction Manager, or similar leadership experience within commercial construction, HVAC, or controls.
Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
