Job Summary

LV Logistics - USA, headquartered in Houston, Texas, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the Houston area to join our growing team, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across inventory management, order fulfillment, and materials handling. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with a forklift truck, our warehouse management system, and contribute to efficient distribution processes. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Manage inventory control through accurate tracking using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklift, pallet jack and other mechanical tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with order picking and packing processes, including picker tasks, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Load and unload shipments, verifying contents against shipping documents for shipping & receiving accuracy.
• Conduct stock stocking activities and maintain organized storage areas to optimize warehouse distribution.
• Support shipping and logistics operations by preparing packages for shipment and coordinating with transportation providers.
• Follow OSHA safety standards diligently while handling materials, operating machinery, and performing heavy lifting tasks.
• Perform Stock Associate duties
• Strong attention to detail to ensure merchandise arrives in perfect condition and is the correct size, type, etc. as per the customer request
• Prevent order errors by reviewing for accuracy
• Assist with backroom organization by removing and replacing product, fixtures, and other equipment in a safe and organized manner
• Maintain a clean and safe work area that exhibits safe work practices at all times
• Ability to learn merchandise placement within the location
• Perform stocking, cycle counting, freight processing and fulfillment
• Repacking of pallets, shrink wrapping and banding
• Load / Unload trucks and containers
• Perform additional tasks as per business needs

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in inventory management systems.
• Valid certification for forklift operation preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols aligned with OSHA regulations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards.
• Experience with order picking & packing, shipping & receiving processes, and use of RF scanners.
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Readily adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needs
• Willing to learn and can learn quickly
• Professional and friendly
• Familiar and comfortable with computer
• Conscientious, organized, and detail-oriented
• Quick and efficient. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle any task at hand.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on inventory control and materials handling; previous warehouse supervisor experience is advantageous.
