We are looking for a motivated and hands on Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations lead a strong team and deliver an excellent guest experience in a fast paced environment
What You Will Do
You will assist the General Manager in overseeing day to day operations ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining company standards for food quality cleanliness safety and overall guest experience You will also support opening and closing procedures and ensure all processes are followed consistently
You will help recruit train and onboard new team members while providing ongoing coaching and support You will supervise staff during shifts delegate tasks effectively and help create a positive team environment built on communication and collaboration You will also conduct performance discussions to support employee growth and development
You will play a key role in delivering a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring food quality service and overall guest experience You will handle customer concerns professionally and work to resolve issues quickly while leading by example in all guest interactions
You will support the financial performance of the restaurant by helping manage expenses labor and inventory You will assist with tracking sales supporting payroll and maintaining accurate inventory levels to reduce waste and maximize profitability
You will ensure full compliance with all health safety and sanitation standards You will help enforce food safety procedures maintain cleanliness and ensure all equipment and facilities are operating properly
You will support local marketing and promotional efforts to drive traffic and increase sales You will help execute campaigns communicate promotions to guests and contribute to building strong community engagement
You will maintain clear communication with the General Manager and team members by providing updates on operations staff performance and overall business needs while helping identify opportunities for improvement
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required college degree preferred
Two to three years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Experience with cost control budgeting and inventory management
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
