As an Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, develop team members, maintain brand standards, and drive sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:• Assist in overseeing all daily restaurant operations
• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members and shift leaders
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
• Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing needs
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Drive team accountability and operational performance
• Step in to lead the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence

Qualifications:• Previous restaurant management experience required
• Experience in full-service dining preferred
