LV Petroleum is seeking an experienced and passionate Shift Lead to lead one of our Charleys Cheesesteaks restaurants. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing high-performing teams, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you!

As the Shift Lead, you'll be responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, guest satisfaction, food quality, financial performance, and creating a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a high-performing restaurant team
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and managers
• Ensure exceptional guest service and a welcoming dining experience
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Manage labor, inventory, food cost, and controllable expenses
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans to achieve business goals
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant management experience, preferably as a Shift Lead or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Proven ability to drive operational and financial results
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Requirements

• No prior experience is required, but a background in food service or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment and learn new skills
