What are the responsibilities and job description for the BOUTIQUE Operations Coordinator position at LV Luxury Holdings?
Palazzo Boutiques | Full-Time | Salaried | On-Site
ABOUT PALAZZO BOUTIQUES
Palazzo Boutiques is a multi-brand luxury watch retailer representing some of the world's most prestigious timepiece houses, including Breitling, Tudor, and Tag Heuer. We operate with the intimacy and standards of a family-owned business and the ambition of a growing luxury group. As we expand into new boutique locations, we are building the operational infrastructure to match that growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Boutique Operations Coordinator to support our Assistant Director of Boutiques and ensure the day-to-day operational excellence of our boutique environment. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of inventory, receiving, client experience support, and administrative operations — and it is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a luxury retail group in active expansion.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards environment, takes ownership of their work without being asked twice, and understands that in luxury retail, the details are everything.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Inventory & Receiving
— Receive, verify, and process all incoming merchandise using SAP (training provided)
— Complete Goods Receipt Purchase Orders (GRPOs) and ensure inventory accuracy across all product lines
— Print and apply RFID tags; maintain internal serial number records
— Audit inventory regularly and flag discrepancies immediately
Operational Support
— Assist with daily cash reconciliation, including matching Daily Cash Receipts to Clover batch summaries and A/R Invoices
— Coordinate outgoing client shipments through IFS, including double-boxing, insurance valuation, and FedEx end-of-day reporting
— Manage the outgoing and incoming repairs process, including SAP Service Call entry and vendor communication tracking
— Maintain store readiness across the boutique — displays, cleanliness, opening and closing procedures
Brand & Vendor Administration
— Support monthly brand reporting (sell-out and on-hand reports) for all applicable brand partners
— Assist with A/P Invoice entry and reconciliation following GRPO completion
— Maintain organized filing of brand invoices, warranty cards, and repair documentation by brand standards
Team & Leadership Support
— Work closely with the Assistant Director of Boutiques on day-to-day operational priorities
— Serve as a key point of contact for operational questions from the sales team
— Support onboarding and training of future operations staff as the boutique network expands
— Participate in vendor and contractor coordination as new boutique locations come online
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
— 2 years of experience in retail operations, luxury retail, or a similar environment strongly preferred
— Exceptional attention to detail — you catch things others miss and you take pride in that
— Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
— Comfort working in inventory and POS systems; SAP experience is a plus but not required
— A collaborative, low-ego mindset — this role works across teams and requires genuine flexibility
— Professional presentation and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand environment
— Experience with or exposure to clienteling tools (Zoho CRM or similar) is a plus
— Ability to adapt quickly in a family-owned business environment where communication is direct and expectations are high
WHY JOIN US
— Be part of a luxury retail group in active, exciting expansion
— Work alongside experienced luxury watch professionals and develop deep product knowledge
— Direct exposure to boutique leadership and a clear path for growth as the network scales
— A close-knit, high-standards team that holds itself accountable and takes care of its own
COMPENSATION & DETAILS
— Salaried, full-time position
— Compensation commensurate with experience
— On-site at primary boutique location
— Schedule includes weekends as required by the luxury retail environment
