Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Furniture Handler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely handling, moving, and installing furniture and wood construction materials across various project sites. Your expertise will ensure that all items are transported efficiently and installed accurately, contributing to the successful completion of residential and commercial projects.
Duties
- Unloading shipping containers
- Receiving and inspecting merchandise
- Moving furniture safely throughout the warehouse and showroom
- Assembling furniture accurately
- Wrapping and preparing customer orders
- Organizing warehouse inventory
- Labeling products and maintaining accurate locations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 170 lbs (team lifting for heavier items)
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual and dependable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience handling furniture, cabinets, or large household items is a plus.
