Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of BOH/FOH areas (sweeping, mopping, spills, etc.)
- Empty trash, bus tubs, and keep waste areas clean
- Monitor sanitizer buckets and replace as needed
- Assist kitchen staff as needed (including getting supplies, etc.)
- Clean workstations, walls, floors, and windows
- Maintain and clean cooler and ensure sanitary conditions
- Complete end-of-shift cleaning duties, including trash and card board removal
Additional Duties:
- Deep cleaning tasks on assigned days (drains, walls, equipment)
- Nightly cleaning under equipment, sinks, and floors
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Team player with good communication skills
- Must speak english
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and bending repeatedly
