Luyet Automotive is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor!
Responsibilities:
· Utilizing proper shop flow and technician dispatch
· Preparing accurate estimates and invoices for customers
· Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking into account the customer’s schedule
· Checking the progress of vehicles during servicing and updating customers
· Getting customer approval to do repairs and explaining work performed and charges being billed and warranty on repairs
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Prior experience as service advisor in the automotive field a must
· Strong organizational skills
· Works well with team
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Customer service oriented, polite, outgoing and friendly
· Clean appearance & maintain clean work area
· Computer Skills and Phone Skills
· Willing and able to pass a drug test
· Experience with NAPA Tracs software a plus
· ASE-certified in Automotive Service Consultant (C1) a plus
