Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and HR operations. It’s a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Support new hire onboarding, including document collection and orientation preparation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
- Help prepare HR reports and trackers.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Support training and development programs (e.g., LinkedIn Learning coordination).
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Interest in building a career in Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or administrative experience is a plus
- Familiarity with HR systems or tools is a plus
