Job Overview:

LuxWall is seeking a VAR Channel Marketing Director who will lead our channel marketing strategy and scale our partner ecosystem across glaziers, fabricators, toll manufacturers, and OEMs. This role is responsible for building, enabling, and accelerating our partner network to ensure every channel partner is qualified, trained, supported, and positioned for long-term success.


This leader will also shape LuxWall’s product narrative and roadmap, bringing together insights from the field, partners, clients, and the market to inform product R&D and commercial strategy. This is a highly cross-functional, client- and partner-facing role requiring strong technical fluency in building materials, deep channel experience, and the ability to translate complex innovations into clear, market-ready programs and messaging.



Position Responsibilities:


Channel Partner Program Leadership

  • Build, lead, and expand LuxWall’s channel partner ecosystem across glaziers,
  • fabricators, OEMs, and toll manufacturing partners.
  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify new channel partners based on capability, territory
  • coverage, product fit for services offered, and commercial potential.
  • Develop and manage onboarding and ramp up programs that ensure partner
  • readiness across technical understanding, installation practices, sales positioning,
  • and ordering processes.
  • Create partner toolkits including co-branded collateral, training modules, sales kits,
  • application guides, and product positioning frameworks.
  • Establish and track partner KPIs (pipeline creation, sales performance, etc.) to ensure
  • program success and consistent market execution.
  • Lead partner reviews and performance evaluations; implement improvement plans
  • when needed to ensure alignment with LuxWall’s commercial goals.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for channel partners, ensuring they are
  • enabled, supported, and activated in the market.


Sales & Partner Enablement

  • Create best-in-class sales enablement assets including: pitch decks, battlecards,
  • case studies, application notes, training videos, and technical comparison guides.
  • Lead product marketing programs and co-marketing initiatives designed to increase
  • specification, quoting activity, and installed volume.
  • Train internal teams and external partners on positioning, differentiation, product
  • capabilities, installation best practices, and value engineering.


Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Partner with R&D and Executive Leadership to maintain a multi-year product
  • roadmap informed by channel insights, customer feedback, regulatory movement,
  • and competitive trends.
  • Translate field and partner feedback into actionable product requirements and
  • prioritization.
  • Own product-level positioning, IP maintenance, and differentiation strategies across
  • the entire portfolio.


Go-to-Market (GTM) Ownership

  • Own end-to-end GTM strategy for product offerings and specification pathways, from
  • value proposition development to field and partner enablement.
  • Build and execute launch plans that integrate marketing, sales, channel activation,
  • and training to ensure successful, measurable market adoption.
  • Partner with Sales, R&D, and Executive Leadership on pricing, packaging,
  • segmentation, and channel-specific offerings.


Client Engagement & Market Intelligence

  • Serve as a hands-on product expert, joining client and partner meetings to validate
  • product fit, gather insights, and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analyses across the building envelope
  • sector to inform channel strategy and product decisions.
  • Maintain a continuous feedback loop between channel partners, clients, R&D, Sales,
  • and Marketing.


Storytelling & Thought Leadership

  • Shape LuxWall’s product narrative across channels, ensuring messaging resonates
  • with architects, glaziers, developers, OEMs, installers, and building owners.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, case studies, application notes, and thought-
  • leadership content that demonstrate the technical and commercial value of
  • LuxWall’s Transparent Insulation technology.



Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical
  • marketing, with at least 4 years in building materials.
  • Proven experience building and managing channel partner programs, including partner
  • onboarding, enablement, and KPI management.
  • Experience working directly with glaziers, fabricators, OEMs, or similar channel ecosystems
  • strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills capable of turning complex technical data
  • into persuasive business narratives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign or
  • Illustrator) a plus.
  • Thrives in high-growth, evolving environments and is comfortable shifting between strategic
  • planning and hands-on execution.
  • A passion for innovation and improving how buildings are designed, constructed, and
  • operated.
