Core Responsibilities
Infrastructure Leadership: Architect and oversee the full lifecycle of municipal water and wastewater projects, including sophisticated treatment facilities, lift stations, and pump stations.
System Integration: Mastermind the design and maintenance of complex transmission and distribution systems, ensuring seamless water storage and flow.
Technical Stewardship: Provide authoritative guidance on engineering standards, environmental regulations, and safety codes to ensure every project exceeds compliance requirements.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Synchronize efforts with project managers, civil engineers, and environmental specialists to integrate diverse technical perspectives into unified project solutions.
Strategic Documentation: Author comprehensive technical reports, high-stakes proposals, and project documentation that define the roadmap for municipal success.
Fiscal & Temporal Oversight: Steer project budgets and timelines with precision, maintaining rigorous quality assurance protocols from groundbreaking to final delivery.
Required Qualifications
Licensure: Active Professional Engineer (PE) License (Required).
Experience: Proven track record in water storage, transmission, and/or wastewater treatment infrastructure.
Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of municipal water systems, pump station design, and treatment facility management.
Regulatory Acumen: Deep understanding of industry standards and environmental regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
