What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wedding Stationery Coordinator position at Luxury Wedding Deals?

Duties:

- Meet with clients in-person, over Zoom and over the phone to discuss their needs and retain a deposit to begin their order.
- Attend bridal shows with the sales team and attract new leads.
- Assist with photography and social media as needed.
- Utilize upselling techniques to offer additional services or upgrades to clients.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client concerns or requests.

- Excellent negotiation skills to secure deposits from clients and get projects starated.
- Upselling skills to offer additional services or upgrades to clients.
- Strong customer service skills to address client concerns or requests promptly.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule

Shift:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Passaic, NJ 07055: Relocate before starting work (Required)
