Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating clean, organized spaces and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services according to company standards.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms.
- Clean bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
- Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Communicate effectively with management and clients.
- Arrive on time and work efficiently as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we provide paid training.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable, honest, and professional.
- Able to pass a background check.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday & Saturdays as needed
- Day shifts only
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours.
